School and foundation administrationin one system
Student records, report cards, tuition payments, admissions, and school exams are connected. One foundation can manage several schools at once.
- Multi-school foundation support
- Unified student records
- Kurikulum Merdeka ready
Modules
Seven modules we are building
Student records are the base for every other module. Every module can export its data to PDF and CSV.

Students, guardians, teachers, classes, subjects, and school years in one place, including transfers and promotions.
- Kurikulum Merdeka
Report Cards
Assessment and report cards that follow Kurikulum Merdeka, designed to adapt to the next curriculum revision.
- Finance
Tuition
Tuition bills per student, payment records, and arrears reports for the school treasurer.
- Admissions
Admissions (SPMB)
New student admissions following the SPMB system, from the application form to the selection result.
- Academic
Schedules
Class timetable allocations, classroom assignments, and automatic teacher conflict detection.
- Attendance
Attendance
Daily student and teacher attendance with automatic summary compilation into report cards.
- From Gogotes
Exams
School exams run on the Gogotes exam engine that is already live: question bank, automatic scoring, and answers that survive dropped connections.
Who it is for
Designed for foundations and schools
The data structure follows how foundations in Indonesia manage their schools.
Foundations with several schools
One foundation account for every school unit, with data kept separate per school.
Independent schools
A school without a foundation uses the same system as one organization with one school.
Primary to vocational
Levels, classes, and majors are set up per school to fit each one.
Madrasah
Supports schools under both education and religious affairs ministries, including madrasah subjects.
Why one system
The same data, used by every module
Enter student data once, then use it for report cards, bills, and exams.
Requirement
Separate apps
Gogoskola
- Student data entry
- Separate apps: Student data retyped across report card, finance, and exam apps.
- Gogoskola: One master record (Buku Induk) feeds every school module.
- Grade compilation
- Separate apps: Manual compilations from multiple spreadsheets risk formula mistakes.
- Gogoskola: Exam scores feed directly into report cards without manual re-entry.
- Tuition tracking
- Separate apps: Payment status is difficult to cross-reference with student records.
- Gogoskola: Tuition bills are directly linked to students, guardians, and classes.
- Curriculum updates
- Separate apps: Curriculum changes often require replacing entire software or templates.
- Gogoskola: Curricula are stored by version, making transitions seamless.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Gogoskola is still in development. Here is what we can answer today.
When can we use Gogoskola?
We are writing the specification with prospective pilot schools. Schools in the pilot program try the first module before anyone else and help set the priorities.
Which module comes first?
Student records, because every other module needs students, teachers, and classes. Report cards and exams follow.
Does Gogoskola support Kurikulum Merdeka?
Yes. Report cards are designed for Kurikulum Merdeka, and curricula are stored by version so the next revision does not force schools onto a new system.
How is Gogoskola related to Gogotes?
Both are Gogolabs products. The exam module uses the Gogotes exam engine that is already live, so exam scores can feed report cards directly.
Does the school need its own server?
No. Gogoskola runs in the cloud and opens in a browser on a laptop or phone.
Pilot program
Help us build Gogoskola
Pilot schools get early access, help moving their data, and a say in which modules come first.
