- Zero Vendor Lock-In. Educational institutions retain the statutory right to export complete databases in open formats (PDF/CSV) at any time.
1. Scope & Definitions
Gogoskola (“Service”, “System”) is an integrated cloud-based school management platform engineered and operated by Gogolabs Studio.
- Foundation / Organization: The legal educational foundation entity registering the master tenant.
- School Unit: An accredited operational school branch (e.g., Primary, Junior High, Senior High, Vocational, or Madrasah) operating under the foundation.
- Authorized Users: Foundation administrators, school principals, teachers, treasurers, administrative clerks, students, and parents/guardians provisioned by the institution.
2. Institutional Account Responsibilities
- Credential Governance: Foundations remain responsible for provisioning and managing internal staff access roles and permissions.
- Data Integrity: Institutions are responsible for the factual accuracy of student demographics, entered report card evaluations, and cashier transaction journals.
- Security Prudence: All authenticated operators must maintain strict credential confidentiality to preserve child privacy.
3. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Institutional Assets: Student records, academic ledgers, report card templates, question banks, and financial cashbooks remain the exclusive intellectual and proprietary property of the foundation. Gogoskola functions strictly as a secure data processor.
- AI Exploitation Ban: We will never utilize school records or student performance data to train public artificial intelligence models without explicit written consent.
- Open Portability: Institutions may generate full database backups in PDF and CSV spreadsheet formats without additional licensing tariffs.
4. Service Delivery & Pricing Terms
- Pilot Programs: Partner institutions enrolled in designated pilot initiatives receive early feature deployments, preliminary data migration assistance, and direct technical consultations.
- Commercial Commitments: Service tariffs are structured per school unit or foundation bundle transparently, free from hidden surcharges or surprise billing.
- Revision Notices: Material tariff or feature policy amendments are communicated at least 30 calendar days prior to effective dates.
5. System Availability & Infrastructure Reliability
We maintain enterprise-grade cloud uptime standards to ensure unhindered daily operations and timely end-of-term report card distributions. Technical disruptions arising from local internet service providers or school power outages remain beyond our direct infrastructure control.
Scheduled maintenance windows are scheduled outside active school hours with advance advisories to prevent academic disruption.
